MY TRAINING APPROACH
My goal is to help you build self-reliance and autonomy
Over the past 12 years of being a personal trainer, I have had the great pleasure of helping transform people's bodies, minds, and lives. I do this using a combination of everything I have experimented and educated myself with, including but not limited to CrossFit, kettlebells, TRX, pilates, physical therapy modalities, HIIT, Spin, and more.

The optimal method to deliver the best body composition and overall health improvements is a combination of traditional strength and bodybuilding mixed with cardio cross-training and HIIT.

I work with a diverse clientele of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. I enjoy the challenge of finding the right combination of exercises and intensity that fits their schedule.
I find a client's baseline when starting a new program with them and then design a plan. I figure out the proper FITTE: Frequency of exercise, Intensity, Time per session, Type and try to make it Enjoyable.
A knowledgeable and experienced trainer can not only explain how to perform exercises safely, but the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics behind it.
I believe in continued education and I stay informed with the latest scientific studies and trends (Best practices).
Exercise and proper diet are not a fad - they are components of a healthy lifestyle that promotes a long, quality lifespan. I live by example and inspire others to adopt this same attitude.
